TDS Testimonial

“We have appointed KCS Services to work on numerous sewer and highway works over the last 10 years and have always found their service to be focused clearly on their clients needs. As a Consultant we require a quick and reliable service which KCS can provide. Their knowledge in sewer jetting, remedial works including pipe lining has been very useful to us in getting some difficult jobs completed. It is always good to know a Contractor who will respond when you ring them at 4.55pm on a Friday afternoon needing a tanker to be sent to faulty pump station…”

World Toilet Day: Porcelain for Thought – Toilet Quiz

Posted on by admin

Before going any further, we apologise in advance: November 19, believe it or not, is World Toilet Day – perhaps the most ‘unloosual’ event in the global news calendar.

Falling on the day in 1792 when the first regularly flushing toilet was patented, it is ostensibly a splendid excuse to celebrate the very best in toilet humour.

Butt (apologies again) the day does have a more serious side: while we may take our porcelain privileges for granted, more than 2.6 billion people elsewhere in the world are forced to survive without adequate sanitation – a crisis the World Toilet Organisation hopes this event will highlight.

So now we’ve lifted the lid on the day’s origins, it’s time to get bogged down in some titillating toilet trivia (so sorry – eventually we’ll get it out of our cistern). Urine for a bit of a giggle.

KCS New Website Launches

Posted on by admin

We are constantly striving to bring you all our services and latest news and reviews, and present it to you in the best way possible. And part of this mission is allowing you to access our site content whenever you want and wherever you are.

To that end, following our recent website redesign, we have also redesigned our website to allow you to more easily see what is happening in the world of Drainage & Civil. The new website has been live for a little while now but we thought it high time we shouted it from the rooftops and got some feedback from you.

The new website offers a clean and simple layout which can be easily navigated whether you’re viewing it on your mobile phone or the somewhat larger screen of your laptop or computer.

We’re still striving to improve the site but in the mean time we’d love to hear your thoughts so let us know in the comments.
